When should I use Super Greens?
We suggest taking Super Greens daily, in addition to your daily servings of veggies. It is a great way to add extra antioxidants into your diet! Generally, we recommend starting with 1-2 capsules per day, ideally taken on an empty stomach or 30 minutes – 2 hours before a meal.
